5 cups grated Carrot½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)250ml Water250ml Milk1 Tin Evaporated/Ideal Milk1 Tin Condensed MilkSugar Elaichi powderCashews and Almonds sliced
1.Braise Carrots with ghee (Clarified butter) and 2 pods of Elaichi 2. Add water and let the carrots cook half way3. Add in the Milk and Evaporated milk4. Add the Cashews and Almonds so they can get soft while cooking5. Add In the Condensed milk & sugar according to taste and cook till condensed milk gets absorbed Lastly add about ¼ teaspoon Elaichi powder
