METHOD
Cream butter and sugar. Add yolks and beat well. Sift in dry ingredients and make a dough. Roll into small balls and dip in beaten egg whites. Roll in coconut and make hole in the center. Bake for 20 minutes on 140°-160° When cooled fill with jam
