INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour2 teaspoons baking powder¾ teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sugar½ cup maas / yogurt2 tablespoons butter / ghee (Clarified butter)¾ cup Luke warm milk
METHOD
sift flour ,baking powder and salt and rub in grated butter.Add in maas/ yogurt and mix wellSlowly add in the milk until a soft dough is achieved, if too sticky then rub in some extra flour.Cover and rest for approximately 30 minutes.Divide into 4 pieces and roll out (should be a little thicker than roti)Fry in hot oil and continoulsy throw hot oil over puri until it starts to blow up nicely.
