Cooked with Coconut milk
Or Milk annd Water Mix
500g cut up green beans french cut or halves ( Slightly steamed) and drainedKEEP ASIDEIn a pot Heat3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) and 3 tablespoon OilFew mustard seeds and little whole Jeeru (Cumin) (Cumin)¼ sliced onion1 piece of tuj (cinnamon stick)Add +1 teaspoon crushed GarlicSauteAdd+-2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder1 teaspoon Tumeric1 teaspoon Dhana jeera pwderSalt to tasteBraise few minutesAdd 2 medium liquidised tomatoesBraise with Spices for few minutesThen Add the Steamed Green BeansLet it cook with spices for 5 minutesNowAdd ½ cup coconut milk ½ cup Milk (can mix milk and water) Let cook for 15 minutesStir till the onions and tomatoes and beans are well cooked .TIP:Add more Milk and water mix to soften more) Let it be slightly juicy not too dryAdjust salt and chilliServing Suggestion Fried chops or Steak Or Chicken Rotis Enjoy
