500g nespray milk powder1 small tin nestle creamMix together and leave forAn hour, then grind in CoffeeGrinder till smoothSift and add: 1 cup icing sugar, 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardamom) powderSyrup:boil on med heat (stir Constantly)1 cup milk1 cup white sugar2 ounces (62,5g) butterOnce it starts boiling, boil for 10 MinutesAdd: 250ml fresh cream and bring To Boil again. Boil for a further 5 Minutes.Mix in nespray mixture very Well. leave overnight. Mould As desired.
