1 kg Cut up big pieces Tenderised Rump Steak1 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper1 Lemon Pepper Marinade½ teaspoon Crushed Black pepper1 tablespoon Steak and chops *OR* BBQ Spice1 tablespoon Tikka spice2 tablespoon Chops and Steak marinade Amina spiceRosemary1 Medium Onion Sliced thin 1 teaspoon Italian salad dressing *OR*MayonnaiseSalt to taste +- 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste Mix all of the above togetherMarinade for 30 minutes
Cook on stove on a Wok or Bauer PanWith Little Oil and ghee (Clarified butter)Till soft and nice and JuicyServe with Salads and RollsEnjoy😋
