½ cup Semolina (Taystee wheat) soji (semolina)1 Tablespoon butter 1cinnamon stickSugar to tasteBoiling waterMilk to taste
Melt butter and the cinnamon stick together . Add the semolina and braise until lightly golden brown.On low heat , Add the boiling water, whisking whilst adding so that you get a smooth porridge. Add sugar to taste , simmer covered for a few minutes. Serve with milk and extra butter or golden syrup / honey if you want.
