1. Preheat oven to 180°C.2. Roughly crush cornflakes and leave aside.3. Spray oven tray with oil spray.4. Mix batter ingredients together. 5. Cut the fish into strips, 3 fingers each.6. Place fish in batter, coating all over. 7. Coat in crumbs immediately.8. Transfer to baking tray.9. Bake for 15min or until crispy on the outside.10. Turn the goujons halfway whilst baking.11. Mix garlic, chilli flakes and mayo. Add sriracha to taste, mix well. 12. Serve goujons immediately with lemon/lime wedges & sauce.

Note: May use air fryer too or shallow fry in olive oil.
