Papri shells1 medium sized potato 1 teaspoon vinegarSalt to taste½ teaspoon chilli powderYogurt- ½ a cupCoriander Chopped chilli -I used greenYellow kalyu sticksTamarind chutneyGreen chutney
METHOD
• Fry your papri, 10 for a medium sized potato- and adjust accordingly to your family and fry in hot oil (I purchased mines from chocolata on fordsburg) • Boil 1 potato cut into tiny cubes till tender-cool and add in salt to flavour, ½ teaspoon chilli powder and 1 teaspoon vinegar and give it a mix• Yogurt half a cup for garnish (can sweeten with sugar, I didn't)• Coriander Chopped to garnish• ½ cup sev (vermicelli) - (yellow gramflour sticks/kalyu store bought from bakedongrant in Norwood • Tamarind chutney ¼ cup (use store bought or homemade)• Green chutney (I used chopped fresh green chilli)🏺method: Fill 1 teaspoon potatoes into shells, top with 1 teaspoon yogurt, 1 teaspoon of chutneys each with green chilli, sprinkle coriander and sev (vermicelli) and eat straight away with rubies😋 delicious 👌
