600 g McCain Stew mix500 g beef cubes1 Onion, chopped30 ml olive oil1 teaspoon coriander1 packet (10 g) tomato paste1 can tomato and onion2 beef stock cubes120 ml hot water240 ml hot water
Heat the oil and fry beef cubes until tender and brown.Stir in onions and coriander and fry for 10 minutes.Dissolve stock cubes in 120ml water.Add to the beef mixture, tomato and onions, stock and bring to the boil.Add stew mix and 240ml water and allow to simmer until meat is tender and veggies cooked. Stir occasionally.Serve and enjoy.
