Saucy prawns
1kg prawns.
½ cup steers garlic sauce
½ cup steers peri peri.
½ cup pako chilli sauce.
¼ cup worcester.
¼ cup tomato sauce.
¼ cup lemon juice.
1 teaspoon turmeric.
1 teaspoon chilli powder.
1 teaspoon salt or to taste.
1 teaspoon crushed garlic.
Marinate above for an hour
preferably
overnight.
Heat 125g garlic butter in a pot &
cook prawns over med heat till done
