Baste with extra steakhouse sauce. Mushroom sauce :1 small onion 1 punnet button mushroomsSalt and pepper to taste250ml fresh cream Sautee onion in butter add the mushrooms and season saute until water has burnt out add fresh cream simmer on low until slightly thicken.
Onion rings :1 medium onion slice ringsSoak in milk for an hour Coating :1 cup self rising flour1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) (a South African Spice)1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon Paprika1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Coat onion rings with flour.Fry in hot oil until golden brown.Drain on paper towel To assemble :Slit 6 buns toast each side Spread mayo on the bottom half or any spread of choice. Lettuce leaves Tomato Add steak basted with sauce Slice cheese Mushroom sauce Onion rings Lastly close with top Bun and enjoy 🍔🍟
