INGREDIENTS
Chicken filling:3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/oil1 onion diced3 tablespoon ginger garlic crushed500g chicken fillet½ can whole kernel corn2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon chicken spice, barbecue spice , six gun spice1 teaspoon. red chillie powder½ teaspoon. turmeric powder1 teaspoon. crushed chillie2 tablespoons. Tomato Sauce1 tablespoons. nandos Peri Peri Sauce1 tablespoons. garlic sauce½ cup mayonnaise1 egg
Buns dough:3 cups flour1 packet yeast3 tablespoon. klim milk powder ( cremora or nido)3 tablespoon. sugar¼ teaspoon salt2 cups warm milk2 tablespoon. butter softened
METHOD
Chicken filling: *Saute the onions till light brown*Add in ginger garlic and mix*Add in your chicken with ½ cup water and cook till all the water has been evaporated and the chicken is fully cooked*Add in your spices, salt and chillie and mix*Lastly, add in your corn and mix*Allow to cool* Add in your sauces
buns dough:*Combine the dry ingredients* Add in the butter and milk*Mix well to form a soft dough*Leave to rise for an hour
*Form round mini balls*Whisk and egg and glaze your bun with a brush, and sprinkle some sesame*Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden
