- 3 wheels or squares of feta
- 1 tablespoon of basil pesto ( I used the Ina parmans )
- 1 finely chopped garlic Clove
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- 6 large brown mushrooms
- Burger buns / soft bakery PITAS
- Sundried tomatoes
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees .In a mixing bowl crumble the feta cheese ,add basil pesto and garlic cloves as well as the pepper , add the 1 beaten egg and mix well .Place the 6 large mushrooms in a oven dish and fill each mushroom with the feta mixture . Top each mushroom with 5ml butter and bake for 20 to 25 minutes .
To assemble :Take the buns or pita open them up , add lettuces to each bun or pita , place the cooked stuffed mushroom on the lettuce , lastly top each mushroom with pieces of Sundried tomatoes and serve :-)

If you want to make this meaty u can add a Macon before the mushroom on the bun , This was truly different and Devine .
