INGREDIENTS
2 bunches cleaned and washed SpinachFinely sliced 1 large onion finely sliced2 tomatoes liquidised2 tablespoons tomatoe puree2 tablespoons garlic pasteSalt to taste1 teaspoon crushed green chille1 teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon fine dhana(coriander)½ teaspoon fine jeera (cumin)
METHOD
Saute onions in a little oil.Add in the spices and braise a little to get rid of the raw smell of the garlic.Add the tomatoes and cook untill all the water is evaporated.Add in the cleaned and finely sliced Spinach.Close the pot and turn the heat down to low,and leave the Spinach to wilt down.Cook untill most of the moisture has evaporated.Remove from heat to prevent it from drying out to much.Serve immediately with fresh hot roti.
