Macaroni :boil in water, add 2 tablespoon oil to prevent macaroni from sticking to each other. Boil until soft. STEAK SAUTE :2 heap tablespoon oil1 Garlic clove(crushed) ½ onion (chopped fine)1 chilli (chopped fine) 1kg Tenderised Steak ( season with steak and chops spice, salt and pepper)
PASTA SAUCE :2 heap tablespoon butter1 clove garlic (crushed)½ cup milk (add accordingly to sauce thickness) ¼ cup flour(add accordingly to sauce thickness) 1.5 cups of gouda cheese (grated)
STEAK SAUTE METHOD: 1. Braise onion in oil, add garlic and chilli. 2. Add steak cubes and sauté until well cooked. PASTA SAUCE METHOD :1. On low heat, add butter & garlic to same oan used to sauté steak.. Let it braise. 2. Add milk. 3. Add flour ( if lumpy, use a fork/spoon to flatten out lumps). 4. Add more milk if necessary. 5. Add cheese, stir thoroughly and allow it to melt and form lump free texture. 6. Stir continuously. Add all ingredients into a pyrex bowl and place in oven for about 30 minutes at 180'C.
INFO & TIPS
*apply meat tenderiser on steak if you want and allow it to set for atleast 0.5 hours in fridge, then season steak.
after seasoning steak, leave it for atleast 0.5 hours in the fridge.
*constantly stir pasta sauce to avoid lumps.
*add cheese ontop for even extra cheesyness if wanted.
