4 cups milk4 tablespoon semolina1 small tin cream±¾ tin condensed milk1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder2 tablespoon crushed almonds & pista (pistachio nuts)Red/green colouringBring 3 cups milk to a boil. Make apaste with 1 cup milk and semolina. Oncemilk boils,add paste and continuestirring till it thickens. Remove fromheat and add rest of ingredients. Reserve some cream for spreading on top. Chill well.Decorate with cream and sliced pista (pistachio nuts) / almonds.
