Phirni 4 cups milk 4 tablespoon semolina 1 small tin cream ±¾ tin condensed milk 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder 2 tablespoon crushed alminds&pista (pistachio nuts) Red/green colouring Bring 3 cups milk to a boil. Make a paste with 1 cup milk and semolina.
milk boils,add paste and continue stirring till it thickens. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Reserve some cream for spreading on top. Chill
Decorate with cream and sliced pista (pistachio nuts)/ almonds.
