INGREDIENTS
1 litre milk
250ml fresh cream
4 Tablespoon taystee wheat
2 eggs
½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
1 Tablespoon rose water
1 small tin nestle cream
½ tin condense milk (more can be added depending on how sweet you want it)
rose syrup (on how pink you like)
METHOD
mix taystee wheat in a little milk and add everything together in a pot.
beat with an egg beater
keep whisking on the stove till it boils to avoid lumps
move aside and pour into dessert bowls and garnish with some colored almonds
makes 16
