INGREDIENTS
½ cup flour½ cup miellie meal½ teaspoon salt2 tablespoon sugar2 teaspoon baking powder ½ cup milk 1 beaten egg Black pepper
METHOD
Whisk above the smooth.I used 6 viennas and cut in ½. Pat dry.Put thru a skewer or toothpick. Empty batter in a tall glass.Dip viennas and fry in med hot oil. Kassergrills and Russians can also be used.
