RECIPE

1litre milk,Elachi (cardomom)
powder, 2 tablespoon semolina, 2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour), 2eggs, 1big tin nestle
cream,
1 tin condensed milk..heat milk with
Elachi (cardomom), beat semolina, eggs and
maizena (corn flour),
add to warm milk, keep whiskin,
and
let it reach a boil, must be
thickish..remove from heat add,
condensed milk and nestle
cream,whisk..taste swtness and
adjust2ur liking..pour in 2 a pretty
bowl, sprinkle almonds on top and
..serve cold
