INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 3 onions sliced3 tablespoon clarified butter *2 teaspoon Rough Salt*1 teaspoon chilli powder*3 teaspoon rough chillies *1 teaspoon chilli paste*1 teaspoon turmeric*1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 10 Hard boiled eggs 5 small potatoes 5 tomatoes liquidised 2 teaspoon garam masala dhania (coriander)
METHOD
1. Fry onions golden in oil and Cumin seeds2.Add then add *3.Mix and let braise until aroma arises 4.Add tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes then add 1 cup water 5.Add potatoes and cook on low till done with lid closed6.Add sliced Boiled eggs and simmer on low for 3-5 minutes 7.Garnish with garam masala and dhania (coriander) just before serving 8.Enjoy with toast or roti
