RECIPE

3 pieces hake fillets
½ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)1 teaspoon crushed garlic3 - 4 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix all ingredients and dip each fillet into marinade.Place fillets on a greased baking tray.Pour any remaining marinade over.Bake for 10 - 15 minutes on 180°C (see instructions on box if using boxed fillet)
Once done mix the ffg4 tablespoon melted butter1 - 2 teaspoon crushed green chilliesBrush over fillets and serve immediately with chips
