Spaghetti, Veg & Strips

INGREDIENTS
250g spaghetti, cooked Al dente
Cook veggies of your choice in butter, garlic, salt, crushed green chillies (I used sliced carrots, frozen corn, green pepper / capsicum slices, brinjal / eggplant). Add coconut cream, fresh cream or Orley whip just before veggies are cooked.
500g chicken fillet, cut in strips(spiced to your preference - I use chilli powder, turmeric, coriander - cumin powder, whole cumin, salt)Cook on high heat with 3 tablespoon oil - close pot lid after cooking for a few minutes as strips should not be dryAdd sauce of your choice (I used Nandos and crystals sauces)
Layer spaghetti, followed by chicken strips then veggies
Sprinkle with crushed packet chips, fried samoosa pur or grated and fried potatoes
