INGREDIENTS
1 whole egg and 1 egg white
½ cup oil
1 teaspoon v.essence
1 cup chopped pecan nuts
1 2/3 cup flour
1 ½ teaspoon B.powder
¾ cup brown sugar
METHOD
Beat egg,egg white,oil,sugar and v.essence.
Add rest of ingredients ( dough will be sticky)
Line 2 trays with plastic and divide dough between
the 2 trays-leave in fridge overnight
Shape into 2 logs place gar apart on baking trays
Bake @ 160degrees for 25min
When cool slice- not 2 thin, Put back in oven @ w00
degrees till crispy
U can use this above recipe 2 make choc Biscotti
aswell u just add 2 tablespoon cocoa,1 tablespoon coffee
and choc chips
