Making rabri Bring milk to a boil in a wide pot. Reduce the flame to low and continue to boil until the milk reduces to half.Add in the saffron,then add the condense milk mixture.Boil for another 5 minutes. Set aside to cool. You can also chill the rabdi until you serve.Layer the bread in a glass dish,pour the Rabri over,sprinkle the pita’s and rose petals over.Serve immediately If you making it ahead of time,leave the Rabri aside and pour just before serving.
