250g Butter 1 ½ cup Semolina Taystee Wheat1lt Milk1 ½ cup Sugar1 EggElachi (cardomom) powder 1 Cinnamon quill½ teaspoon Yellow food colouring A few Saffron threads
METHOD
Cook wheat semolina in butter with Elachi (cardomom) powder and cinnamon until fragrant. Stir until thickened.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with dessert cream and garnish with almonds or pistachios.
