1 tin chickpeas1 small red onion1 teaspoon chaat masala1 teaspoon chilli powder2 tablespoon tamarind sauceSalt to taste
6 potato samoosa fried and broken into chunks Frilly lettuce (option) Cucumber (optional) Yoghurt
In a pan briefly stir fry onion, chickpea, chaat masala, chilli powder, tamarind sauce and salt for 5 minutes. Layer samoosa on a plate add the lettuce and cucumber in between, then add the chickpeas over, add dollops of Yoghurt drizzle some more tamarind sauce over garnish with chopped red onion, spring onion and pomegranate seeds.
