INGREDIENTS
1 packet ready to use bread dough from Spar,125g butter semi melted, (½ cup brown sugar combined with 5 tablespoon cinnamon powder)
NB~ the Cinnamon and sugar amounts could vary as per individual preference. 1 ½ cup finely chopped pecan nuts. Lightly Toasted Flaked Almonds
Sauces: Caramel Sauce : 1 box Wilson Caramel, 5 tablespoon cream
Chocolate Sauce: 1 90g plain chocolate, 5 tablespoon cream
METHOD
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle until you find dough between ½ cm thickness. Smear butter lavishly across the dough, sprinkle cinnamon sugar ensuring even spread, sprinkle ½ cup of finely chopped pecans, roll the dough until u reach the end of the dough (if u looking to make big cinnabons) -roll at least 3 rolls and pinch sides and cut -through for mini or smaller bons, bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degree's.
Sauces: In 2 saucepans,add chocolates and cream to medium heat until thick ganache formsDrizzle bons with sauces, top with chopped pecans and toasted almond Flakes
