4 - 5 Bunches thinly cut up spinash(veined and washed)In a pot Heat 3-4 tablespoon OilAdd The rest of the Raw ingredients Below Spinash and Add 1 large chopped or sliced onion1 Large Chopped tomato or 2 medium1 teaspoon saltFew cloves of garlicAnd 3 - 4 Torn up Dry Red ChilliesCover with pot lidAnd Cook on med heatCan only add water if necessarySEPERATELYCUBE and BOIL POTATOESIN MICROWAVE TILL SOFT When Spinash is well cookedDRAIN the potatoes and add to the Spinash PotCook further 2-3 minutesSERVING SUGGESTIONSERVEWITH Roti .. Or Makai ji Roti. Or soft Mielie Meal Pap or as side for Plain dhal Rice Can add chicken fillet (cook seperately and add to spinash)ENJOY😋😋
