INGREDIENTS
A few strawberries slicedPlain yoghurt Maple syrup/honeyGranolaChia seeds
METHOD
Slice strawberries and put in a bowl Add in yoghurt and maple syrup to taste mix well. I used maple syrup to make it diabetic friendly Fill a tiny glass a quarter way with granola, then add in the yoghurt and strawberry mix. Decorate with a slice of strawberry sprinkle chia seeds and a little granola. Serve chilled.
