INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon whole jeera (cumin seeds) 1 teaspoon whole saumph ( fennel seeds ... yes that’s the Indian name 😄)1 piece of unpeeled haldee (turmeric root ... looks just like raw ginger but use gloves to avoid looking like you’re a glow in the dark alien 🙈)1 cup of boiled water 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) pods ( cardamom seeds ; the fragrant ones mum used to use in her sweets and milk)2 slices of fresh lemon 🍋
METHOD
Fry roast the seeds and when an airoma Emanates , add the boiled water and brew like tea for a few minutes. Strain , Top with the lemon slices and serve.
INFO & TIPS
This is a great immune booster and it also helps with weight loss ( if you’re lucky ).
