INGREDIENTS
1kg prawns (cleaned&deveined)Half tin tomato puree 2 teaspoon brown sugar 1tbs oilHalf onion cubed1tbs crush garlic2 teaspoon seafood masala @allaboutfoodshop1 teaspoon tandoori masala @allaboutfoodshop1/4 teaspoon jeera @allaboutfoodshop1/4 teaspoon turmeric @allaboutfoodshop1/4 teaspoon crush chillies 1 tub fresh cream 1tbs butter
METHOD
In a pot heat oil add the onions and saute.Add the spices and heat through.Add the tomato puree and cook for 20 minutes.Add the sugar at this stage adjust spices if you want it spicier etc.Salt to tasteAdd the prawns and cook for 5 minutes.Add the cream and butter and cook until prawns are cooked.Garnish with Coriander leaves.Enjoyπ
