3 potatoes preferably UTDPeeled & cut into 4 quarters. For a fancy look use a crinkle cutter. Fry in deep oil on medium heat until light brown. Remove from oil & drain on kitchen towel. Sprinkle with Aromat (a South African Spice), red chilli flakes & dried parsely. Toss well until all potatoes are coated. Place in a oven proof dish. Garnish with fresh chopped dhania (coriander) or spring onions. Dot with slices of butter & grill until done. Or alternatively if you like me that loves a soft potatoe you can cover with foil & bake until butter has melted +- 10 minutes. Perfect side dish to any meal.
