Marinade:500g chicken fillet cut into bite size pieces (I used a whole chicken with bones, skinned and cut up into smaller pieces)1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper1 teaspoon crushed jeera2 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon red chillies Sauce:1 tin (410g) chopped tomatoes3 tablespoon butter1 teaspoon red chillies2 tablespoon lemon juice2 teaspoon garlic sauce¼ teaspoon salt ½ cup yoghurt or low fat cream
1. Marinade chicken with spices and cook in a pot till tender.Sauce:1. Liquidise tomatoes and place in a saucepan with rest of ingredients EXCEPT the yoghurt/cream.2. Simmer till sauce thickens, then add in yoghurt, stir well.3. Add sauce to the chicken, simmer till it's all well integrated4. Serve!
