INGREDIENTS
Kebabs-½ kg mutton mince (washed and drained)1 onion (grated, liquid squeezed out)2 slices bread (fresh ground)1 egg (lightly beaten)1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder1 tablespoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon almond powder½ teaspoon garum masala1 teaspoon ground green chillies ¼ bunch fresh coriander
Sauce2 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoon lemon juice125ml fresh cream OR 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 potatoes2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chilli powderFew leaves fresh mint (chopped)Sesame seeds
METHOD
1. Mix everything together. Form long/round seekh. 2. Put in a pot with little water and oil and steam.3. Boil sauce and pour over kebabs4. Cut potatoes into fat chips/wedges, then par boil.5. Mix oil, spices and mint.6. Toss potatoes in this and sprinkle sesame seeds.7. Grill with seekh in oven.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
