Ingredients: Kebabs- ½ kg mutton mince (washed and drained) 1 onion (grated, liquid squeezed out) 2 slices bread (fresh ground) 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon almond powder ½ teaspoon garum masala 1 teaspoon ground green chillies ¼ bunch fresh coriander
Sauce 2 tablespoon butter 3 tablespoon lemon juice 125ml fresh cream OR 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 potatoes 2 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon chilli powder Few leaves fresh mint (chopped) Sesame seeds
Mix everything together. Form long/round seekh. Put in a pot with little water and oil and steam. Boil sauce and pour over kebabs Cut potatoes into fat chips/wedges, then par boil. Mix oil, spices and mint. Toss potatoes in this and sprinkle sesame seeds. Grill with seekh in oven.
