INGREDIENTS

500g Fattis & Monis Pasta (shells / screws / macaroni / any other kind)250ml Fresh Cream1 punnet mushrooms1 creamstyle sweetcornGreen ChilliesGrated CheeseSaltBlack Pepper

METHOD

Boil pasta and set asideBraize mushrooms in ghee (Clarified butter) with green chilli and black pepper until donemix mushrooms with pasta and lay into an ovenproof dishMix together the cream and corn and pour mixture over the pastatop with grated cheese and bake until cheese melts
