INGREDIENTS
6 to 8 medium potatoes Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into medium slices (not too thick not too thin)
Marinate the potatoes in the following:
Salt to taste (I used 1.5tsp)¾ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) (tumeric powder)2 heaped teaspoon kashmiri chilli powder
METHOD
Fry in hot oil. You can fry till crisp if you like it crispy.
Serve as a side with with any meat dish, dhall (lentils) & rice, kurrie kitchri or just on its own.
