Marinate chicken with 1 tablespoon garlic2 tablespoon olive oil, crushed red chili1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon dried parsley ¼ lemon pepper 1 tablespoon of peri peri sauce(sauce that is made for this recipe- see below) Peri peri Sauce 3 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon garlic1 tablespoon crushed red chilies 1 ½ cup Ina Parmans Peri Peri marinate½ cup cream 1 tablespoon butter
Marinate chicken for an hour. To make the sauce, Melt butter, add in garlic and crushed red chilies. Mix then add Ina Parmans Peri Peri marinate. Mix again. Now add in cream and more butter. Bring sauce to a boil before removing from the heat. Bake chicken for 30mins at 200 degrees then grill for 10-15 minutes.
