Caprese Chicken Pasta Skewers

Ingredients:Zebra bow tie (farfalle) pastaBaby plum tomatoesBasil leavesMozzarella cheeseBalsamic dressing
Chicken-2 chicken fillets½ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon pepper½ teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon ground garlic1 tablespoon oil.
Method:1. Cut chicken into medium cubes.2. Cook in above till just done.3. Boil pasta till just done.4. Skewer on cube of cheese, then chicken cube, then basil leaf, then tomato.5. Dress with balsamic dressing & serve.
