1 ½ cup sugar beans boiled 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 tablespoon oil 1 small onion2 small tomatoes - grated 4 potato’s cut up1 teaspoon garlic1 clove1 star anise 1 bay leaf3-4 curry leaves 1 ¼ tablespoon Garam Masala 1 tablespoon Jeeru (Cumin)1 ¼ tablespoon dhania (coriander) 1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon chili powder ½ - 1 salt Braise whole spices and onions in ghee (Clarified butter) and oil. ( oil stops the ghee (Clarified butter) from burning) Add in tomatoes and spices. Mix and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stir occasionally to making sure the tomato mixture doesn’t burn. Add in potatoes and sugar beans, with its water. Mix well then add in about 1 cup of water. Cook till the potatoes are soft.
