You may use any type pastry / dough Use any filling of your ChoiceYou may use mince or steak veg etcI used Chicken fillet METHOD3-4 Chicken fillets cut small cubes Cook with 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)2 Med grated or chopped Onion1 teaspoon green chilli paste1 teaspoon green chilli c Garlic paste½ teaspoon Ginger Paste1 teaspoon Sun brand Tikka spice1 teaspoon Chicken spice(OPTIONAL:If u prefer a whitish filling then use only white pepper white chilli powder and lemon pepper and use pepper sauce) 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)1 teaspoon tumeric CookAdd any sauce I usedPrego and bit of Chilli sauceAnd jalepeno Add mayo for tangy tasteMix wellI added few steamed chopped robot peppersCook till well done and not too wet CoolWhen Cold Add grated white tussers or gouda cheese and Very little chopped dhania (coriander) if prefer VARIATION FOR DOUGHUse Samoosa strips or Springroll pastry or u can even use rolled sliced bread with sides off or even use a puri dough or use mini rotis Fold into shape like a Rocket Dip in Ley and then roll in bread crumbs Fry like you would SamoosaEnjoy with Chutney dips
