INGREDIENTS

1 cup of self raising flour1 tablespoon salt1 teaspoon peri peri powder 2 tablespoons mixed masala Ā½ cup of water 6 hakes butterfliedOil to fry

METHOD

Combine all the dry ingredients with water and make a batter.....Dunk in the fish into the batter and fry until golden brown...Serve with a side of your choice and enjoy šŸ˜‹.....
