INGREDIENTS
125g Butter2 teaspoon crushed garlic1 tablespoon tomato paste2 teaspoon red chillies½ teaspoon Black pepper1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon mayo2 tablespoon chilli sauce (I use nandos peri peri)
METHOD
Melt butter, add in all ingredients to make a paste.
INFO & TIPS
Butterfly 1kg of prawns, preferably shell on. Pat dry, baste marinade on each prawn. Press down flat and let it brown.
Can be oven grilled as well.
Serve with savoury rice, chips or salad.
