INGREDIENTS
STEP 1:
3 ½ cups basmati rice
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
2 tablespoon oil
STEP 2:
1 punnet sliced mushrooms
2 carrots, julienne strips or grated
1 green pepper cubed / red and yellow (1 cup)
1 cup frozen corn
½ cups peas
1 onion sliced
garlic butter
salt & pepper
1 cup orange juice
Stir fry the vegetables and add to boiled rice. Mix
everything together and steam with juice.
STEP 3:
Vegaar
2 tablespoon almonds - finely sliced
1 tablespoon saumph
3 green chilies slit
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Braise everything together and pour over
steamed
rice.
Serve with Saucy Chicken
METHOD
Boil step 1 the above ingredients until half done.
