Whip cream until thick. Add caramel and mix well until combined. In a suitable dish (preferably square /rectangular) place a layer of biscuits. Spoon a little bit of caramel mixture over the biscuits and cover completely. Grate a piece of chocolate over caramel mixture. Repeat with layering biscuits, caramel mixture and grated chocolate, ending with caramel and chocolate layer. Put in fridge to set for a few hours or over night.
