Chocolate Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

1 & ½ Cups Cake Flour -SiftedPinch  of salt2 Eggs1 & /½ teaspoon Sugar1 teaspoon Vanilla essence1 teaspoon Baking powderI & ½ Cups Milk2 teaspoon Butter, melted4x teaspoon Strawberry Yogurt1 & ¼ teaspoon Cocoa Powder½ teaspoon Oil for frying..(each one individual)

METHOD

In a large bowl add all the wet ingrdients & mix well, then add the dry ingrdients. Beat into a smooth batter with a spatula or electric beater, no lumps. Put it into the fridge for 30 minutes to rest. Fry in a pan or skillet with oil added to it on each side for 1 to 2 minutes on each side,depending on your stove.
Filling:Spread some Nutella into it & add some scoops of ice-cream into it & fold into a triangle... Sprinkle some icing...
Drizzle some cream/ice-cream & sprinkle some oreo, mint chocolate chips or caramel/chocolate chips, peanuts... (crushed) or something nutty too add some crunch.
Fresh cream or Oley Whip & Strawberry slices & Cocoa powder sprinkle on top...
Or try Vanilla/Chocolate Mouse too😊
