6 -7 Chicken breasts, cut into strips 1 Heap maizena (corn flour) or Cornstarch1 Cup milk & 5 teaspoon lemon juice mixed.. 1 teaspoon salt 2 Cups Flour1 teaspoon Paprika½ Chillie spice1 teaspoon Chops & Steak spice½ teaspoon lemon Pepper Spice2 teaspoon Chicken spice½ teaspoon Black pepperOil for frying
6x Tortilla WrapsLettuceTomatoAvosCucumberPineapple ¼ Cup CheeseMayo or Cheese sauceMazambican Mild Peri-Peri Sauce
Cut the chicken breasts into strips, add the milk mixture. Rest in fridge for 30 minutes or overnite.Add the dry ingredients to a bowl & coat the chicken strips in the flour mixture. Fry in oil.
Serve with Salads, Tortilla wraps, cut into halves... & Sauces of your choice! I used the Mozambican Mild Peri-Peri Sauce or Mayoinaise & grated Cheddar cheese or Cheese Sauce
