INGREDIENTS
Bread or Flour 500gSugar 10g Yeast 7gSalt 7g Lukewarm Water 200 to 250mlCoconut 2 tablespoon or 20 _25ml
METHOD
I a bowl add flour, sugar, salt and yeast and mix for 30 seconds. Add water little at a time and add coconut oil. Knead well the the dough is well kneaded and knead for 20 mon. Let it double in size for 15 to 20 minutes
Melt 2 tablespoon coconut oil and mix in 2 tablespoon flour till it forms a paste. Punch down the dough and transfer to a lightly floured surface and cut in equal parts. Make ball and cove and leg it sit for 10 _ 15 minutes. After press down and shape into oval shape.Brush the dough with the paste and place in the pan. The dough should be smaller than the tin.Tell ti proo for another 30 minutes.Bake at 200c for 20 minutes. Place in the lowest rack in the oven.Remove from the oven and slowly separat them and place on. A flat tray and bake again at 180c for 20min or until golden brown on both sides
