1 chicken disjointed 2 onions 8-10 almonds 2-3 green chilles pounded ½ CP sour milk 1ts red chilli powder ½ lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt 2-3 red tomatoes cubed Pinch of saffron 1 tb Ginger-Garlic 1 black cardomom 2-3 bay leaves ½ teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
Fry sliced onions in ½ cup oil/ghee (Clarified butter) to a goldenbrown color. Remove from ghee (Clarified butter) ,grind it with almonds, tomatoes and chllis. Now mix all together and marinate chicken 4 ãtleast 30 minutes. Cook slowly in ghee (Clarified butter) till tender.
