INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillet½ cup yoghurt1 teaspoon red chillie powder2 tablespoon kashmiri chilli2 tablespoon tandoori powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoon cumin powder2 teaspoon coriander powderSalt to taste2 teaspoon ginger garlic pasteSqueeze of lemonMix & marinate overnight or few hours.
METHOD
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
Drizzle some oil in oven tray/dish place chicken & drizzle oil over.
Cover with foil & bake for 25 minutes, them remove foil & bake for another 10 mons or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with chips and salad.

Sumi's amendments.
I used chops, 1/2 cup sour milk in place of yoghurt (didn't have)
Cooked on stove.
Turned out delicious jst as the original recipe.
